She was predeceased by: her brother John Sterling Jefferson, Jr.; and her grandparents, Clarence, Louise Wilson, James Oliver and Beatrice Hatcher Winbush.
She is survived by: her parents, Eloise Wilson Jefferson of Petersburg, VA and John Sterling Jefferson, Sr. (Joyce) of Chesterfield, VA; her siblings, Patrice Jefferson Woody (Gregory) of Richmond, VA, Michael Kevin Jefferson of Petersburg, VA, Dwayne T. Farmer of Wilmington, NC and Jeffrey L. White (Stephanie) of Silver Spring, MD; her aunts and uncles, Mildred Hill of Petersburg, VA, Gwendolyn W Hall of Sutherland, VA, Trenia W. Harris (Horace) of South Chesterfield, VA and James O. Winbush, Jr. (Sharlene) of Chester, VA; her cousin Joyce Greene; her sisters, Jwatonda Green, Riquita Smith, Stephanie Stanley and Cutina Wyche; her friends, Kimberly Jefferson, Karen Riddick, Tammy Nickelberry-Stokes, Johna Vazquez, Patricia Robinson, Adrianne Green and Lisa Murray; and her close friend Darryl Harrison (Punchie). She is also survived by three nieces and three nephews.
Viewing was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Petersburg Chapel (530 S Sycamore St, Petersburg, VA 23803). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Olive Branch Baptist Church (11119 Boydton Plank Rd, Dinwiddie, VA 23841).
