He is survived by: his mother Lucille Noggin; his stepfather Roger Noggin; his children, Shontel Whitfield (Patrice), Shonnel Atkins (Eric) and Jaxon Elmore; his grandchildren, Kamryn Whitfield, Kai Whitfield, Laila Atkins, Aubree Atkins and Channing Atkins; his siblings, Barbara Price (Randy), Annie White (Michael), Rhonda Washington (Wallace), Connie Webb-Charles (Donald), Sharon Coleman (Tyrone), Brenda Webb (Tony), Rodney Webb (Brenda), Tim Webb (Pearl) and Vincent Vaughan (Tammy); and his stepsiblings, Roger Noggin, Jr. (Valencia) and Sherena Skipper (Kenney). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and friends.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, September 1st 2026 from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Petersburg Chapel- Joseph M. Johnson & Son Funeral Home (530 S Sycamore St, Petersburg, VA 23803). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Mt. Level Baptist Church (14920 Courthouse Rd, Dinwiddie, VA 23841).
