He was predeceased by: his parents, John Oetjen and Agnes Oetjen; his daughter Pamela; and his grandson Eric. He is survived by: his wife Louise Oetjen; his children, Jeffrey (Cheryl), Deborah (Albert), Michael (Stephanie), Gregory (Susan) and Valerie (Ken); and his grandchildren, Mark (Courtney), Michael (Sarah), A. G. (Olivia), Steven, Brian (Michelle), David, Christine (Andrew), Emily (Chris), Andrew, Max (Kelly), Tim and Hannah. He is also survived by 15 great grandchildren.
