She is survived by: her husband Robert Capps Mooney; her children, Thomas Mooney (Deborah) and Devon Andrew; and her grandchildren, Callum, Ethan, Sophia Mooney of Sydney, Jack, Olivia, Elizabeth Andrew of Fairfax, VA, Sally Huff, Betsy Vogt, Bill James, Thomas James, Ann Borges, Judy Clayton and Richard James.

Visitation was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Adams-Green Funeral Chapel (721 Elden St, Herndon, VA 20170).
