He was predeceased by: his parents, John Michael Regan and Anne Tracy Regan; and his siblings, Thomas Regan and Mary Regan. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Regan; his stepsons, Kevin Patrick Mulcahy and Timothy Michael Mulcahy; and his grandchildren, Patrick Finn Mulcahy, Reilly Morgan Mulcahy and Brendan Michael Mulcahy. He is also survived by his extended family and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donations in Michael's honor to a charity of personal or spiritual significance.
