He was predeceased by: his parents, Edith Cook, and Patrick Cook, Sr.; his parents-in-law, Anna and Robert Hoolahan; his siblings, Ann and Dennis; and his sister-in-law Jeanne Hoolahan.
He is survived by: his wife Corinne Hoolahan; his grandchildren, MacKenzie, Robert, Fitzpatrick and Liliana; his brothers, Andrew (Dominique), Timothy (Melba), Christopher and Michael; Caroline, Andrew, Jeanne and Steve. He is also survived by his youngest grandchild, Patrick taught his grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Luke Catholic Church (7001 Georgetown Pike, McLean, VA 22101-2199). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
