He is survived by: his wife Jeannette Ilene West Hooker; his sister Thelma Puckett (Martin) of Meadows; and his caregivers, Joyce Green, Loran Davison, Israel Shelor, Audrey Meeks, Charisse Hall and Clara Thorman.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Vesta Pentecostal Holiness Church (90 Vesta Church Rd, Vesta, VA 24177). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
