He is survived by: his family Ralph; his wife Hope Belcher Barnard; his daughter Debbie Lee Barnard; his grandchildren, Robin Lee Hancock and John Lucian Belcher; his great grandchildren, Avery Lee Hancock and Mason William Hancock; his stepchildren, Damon Moore (Sussanna), Regina Moore Scott and Sheldon Moore (Kay); and his stepgrandchildren, T. W. Moore and Stephanie Moore.
