She was predeceased by: her father Mac Arthur Lester; and her grandparents, Ashley, Hattie Lester, Columbus and Essie Turner.
She is survived by: her husband Mark Anthony "Tony" Owens; her mother Sabery Turner Lester of Meadowview; her children, Ryan Anthony Owens (Haley) of Meadowview and Sarah Ann Owens (Keenan); her siblings, Arthur Swinfield Lester of Oxfield, Ala., Essie Luvon Lester of Houston, Texas and Shona Ann Harless of Oxfield, Ala.; and her grandchildren, Noah Anthony Owens and Elliana Rose Owens.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the One Way Ministries (1004 S Shady Ave, Damascus, VA 24236). A celebration of life was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
