He was predeceased by: his wife Millie Crouch. He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Crouch Minor (David) and Kim Crouch Brown; his grandchildren, Chris Minor (Nicole), Sloan Lambert (Kalub), Kayla Brown and Wyatt Brown; and his brother Raymond Crouch.
