She was predeceased by: her parents, James Alton Rice and Mary Catherine Atkinson Rice; and her husband Charles Porter Hickman. She is survived by: her sister Verna West; and her children, Ronnie Hickman (Robin) and Sandra Jeter (Miller). She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
