He is survived by: his wife Brenda Sue Carson; his children, Manda Simon (Steve) and Will Tumlin (Stacy); his grandchildren, Callie, Emma, Valerie, Arabella and Maddox; and his sisters, Mary Emma Lansing and Myra Ann Pepper.
