He is survived by: his wife Ethel Lee Talley; his children, David Wayne Talley (Susan), Debra Talley Newcomer (Robert) and William Douglas Talley (Lisa); his grandchildren, Christine Testerman (Fred), Chad Newcomer (Jackie), Heather Leachman (Jason), Sarah Pierce (Matt), Paris Talley, Felicity Talley and Tennyson Talley; his great grandchildren, Brittany Cosby (Newman), Austin, Brock, Caylee, Dylan, Bristyl, Gage, Carsyn, Baylor, Whitney, Sealor and Lennon; his great great grandchild Reese Mae Cosby; his siblings, Virginia Maiden, Wesley Talley and Nellie Jones (Ronnie); and his close friend Alan Glass. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
