Lucinda Henry Daniel Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lucinda Henry Daniel of Mechanicsville, Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 13, 2025 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her former husband Rufus "Ed" Edward Daniel; her husband Clarence "Sonny" Bourne; her son Rufus "Eddie" Edward Daniel Jr.; her granddaughters, Jodie Lynn Jones and Jennifer Rebecca Daniel; and her siblings, Mary Miles and James "Jimmy" Henry.
She is survived by: her children, Betty Daniel Jones, Linda Daniel Williams and James Glen Daniel (Millie); and her sister Betty Shuke. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren, and 11 great-great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Shalom Baptist Church (8116 Walnut Grove Rd, Mechanicsville, VA 23111).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Shalom Baptist Church.
