He was predeceased by: his mother Sandra Kaye Timberlake. He is survived by: his wife Stefanie; his sons, Thomas and Jackson; his father Richard Timberlake; his brother John Timberlake (Thao); his nieces and nephews, Kim, Justin and Nina; his parents-in-law, Carl and Pam Walker; and his brother-in-law Everett Walker (Heather Taylor).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Go Fund Me account that is set up for the family.
