He was predeceased by: his parents, Eunice Baskett Rowe and Richard E. Rowe, Sr.; and his brother Bobby Rowe. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Rowe; his sons, Kevin (Melissa) and Brett Nowell; his grandchildren, Ryan Nowell (Caroline) and Laurel McCarter (Cole); his great grandchildren, Ford and Ellie; and his nieces, Teresa and Tina.
