He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley Vaughan; and his siblings, Kirk Vaughan, Joyce Guzman and June Locks. He is survived by: his daughter Renee Norman (Billy); and his granddaughter Olivia Norman. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Shalom Baptist Church (8116 Walnut Grove Rd, Mechanicsville, VA 23111).
In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory can be made to the church.
