She was predeceased by : her parents, Thonnie Prince and Grace Prince; her husband Howard Ernie Pyle, Sr.; her brother Travis Prince; and her son-in-law Robert "Beaver" Berkeley.

She is survived by : her children, Patricia Berkeley of Keysville, VA and Howard Ernie Pyle Jr. (Tammy) of Meherrin, VA; her grandchildren, Howard Ernie Pyle, III, Alan Berkeley of Farmville, VA and Jessica Erin Newman (JR) of Meherrin, VA; her great grandchildren, Harper Pyle of Meherrin, VA, Teagan Pyle of Meherrin, VA and Paisley Newman of Meherrin, VA; her sisters, Hattie Morgan of Hampton, VA, Marie Sullivan (Ralph) of Bailey, NC and Mute Allen (ER) of Burlington, NC; and her siblings-in-law, Shirley Pyle of Poquoson, VA, Sandra Pyle (Dave) of Suffolk, VA and Ronnie Pyle (Susie) of Keysville, VA. She is also survived by two step grandchildren; and one step-great-grandchild.
