Fowlkes; his children, Michele Fowlkes and Michael Fowlkes, II (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Xavier (Jasmyn), Serenity, Zaire and Ariah; his great grandchild Kai; his sister Gwendolyn Andrews (Fernando); his aunts and uncles, Naomi Whitehead, Zenobia Batchelor, Dr. Robert Stokes and Donald Pierce, Sr.; and his siblings-in-law, Reverend Isiah Hurt, Rosa David, Everline Walton and Betty Hurt. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
