She is survived by : her friend Gerald Hasty; her grandchildren, Brianna Hall (Jeffrey) of Wallops Island, VA, Courtney Hall (Jordan) of Bloxom, Caleb Hoilman of Bloxom, Katie Failes (Josh) of Hallwood, VA and Wendy Gomez of Parksley, VA; her great grandchildren, Easton Stevens, Paislee Marshall, Christopher Bloxom and Baby Boy Stevens; her niece Helen Burke (Ryan) of Wilson, NC; her nephews, James, Edward Urie and Brown; her close friends, Pat Huffman and Charlene Pettit; and her pet Sophie.

Visitation was held on Friday, May 24th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Williams-Parksley Funeral Home (25046 Parksley Rd, Parksley, VA 23417). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 24th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, May 24th 2024 at the Wachapreague Cemetery (6 Main St, Wachapreague, VA 23480).
