He was predeceased by : his mother Roxanna Marshall Parks; his aunt Marylyne P. Beyer; and his uncles, Randall D. "Randy" Parks and Dorsey E. Marshall, Jr.. He is survived by : his father John L. "Jack" Parks, Jr. of Melfa; his brothers, John L. Parks III (Lisa) of Accomac, VA and David C. Parks (Tina) of Baltimore, MD; his aunts, Kay P. Trower (Pres) of Eastville, VA and Pat M. Robinson (Lenard) of Salisbury, MD; and his nephew David C. Parks, Jr. of Exmore, VA. He is also survived by several cousins, extended family members, and many good friends.
