He was predeceased by: his wife Sylvia Jean Swann; and his son William F. Swann, Jr.. He is survived by: his daughter Diane C. Lewis of Marshall, VA; and his sister Ollie Lee Hall of Middleburg, VA. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the International Outreach Center (6472 Duhollow Rd, Warrenton, VA 20187). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at the Swann Family Cemetery.
