She was predeceased by: her parents, Noble Welsh and Agnes Fiddler Welsh; her husband Harold N. "Buddy" Strosnider; and her siblings, Genevieve Madagan, Catherine Welsh, Noble Welsh Jr., Fred Welsh, Peg Waters and Stevie Welsh.
She is survived by: her siblings, Glenn Welsh (Jean), Mary Levesque (Paul) and Charles Welsh (Barbara); her nephews, Roger Strosnider, Sammy Payton and Justin Welsh; and her niece Sharon Madagan. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
