She is survived by: her children, Melanie A. Proctor (Leo Jr.) of Winchester and William E. "Bill" Miller (Rita) of Hagerstown; her grandchildren, William E. "Will" Miller II, Joshua Miller, Stephanie L. Miller, Nicole Repp, Elizabeth J. Hoffmann, Naomi A. Hoffmann and Jacob Miller; her great grandchildren, Quentin, Abigail "Abby" and Levi; and her stepchildren, Renae Sever, Jodene Sandin, Bonnie Gutch, Tad Sandin and Laurie Sandin-Breegle.
