He was predeceased by: his parents, Preston Isaiah and Anna Virginia Wymer Spiker; his siblings, Mary Rudolph, Mae Miller, Gladys Ritenour, Sam Spiker, Rebecca Hoover and J. L. Watts; and his wife Sylvia Ann Drummond Spiker.
He is survived by: his children, Roland William Spiker, Jr. and Julie Ann Spiker "Sug"; his grandchildren, Kaylee Ann Spiker (Zach), Devon Gray Spiker (Kaela), Isabella Jo Michaels and Brady William Spiker; his sisters, Juanita Watts, Esther Cooper (Bill) and Cindy Beydler; and his brother-in-law Robert Miller (Rosie).
