He was predeceased by: his father James Steele; his stepfather James Secrist; his mother Virginia "Dixie" Steele Secrist; and his sister Nancy Keeler-Scott. He is survived by: his daughter Lisa Renee'Souder (Craig) of Harrisonburg; and his siblings, Raymond Steele (Barbara) of Middletown, James Steele of Star Tannery and Patricia Nethercutt (Ron) of Woodbridge. He is also survived by his nieces & nephews.
