The memory of Richard Mullins of Midland, Virginia, born in Kingsport, Tennessee, who passed away on May 22, 2025 at the age of 64, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene and Norma (Betty); his brother Jimmy; and his sister-in-law Barbara. He is survived by: his wife Debra Mullins; his daughters, Melissa (Jason), Tami (Josh), Natallie and Danielle (Byron); his grandchildren, James, Karen, Andrew, Alicia, Lucas, Kelsey, Jacqueline, Holden, Jackson, Michael, Logan and Kennedy; and his siblings, Steve (Elsa), Beth (Tom) and Kevin (Lisa). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

“Richard was a great friend, teammate and all around good guy. I did not get to see him too often since high school, but It was always refreshing to catch up with him and recall high school days. Richard was a super basketball player and helped make our senior year special contributing to a 15 win 7 loss record and was a key part with his solid all around ability. Richard went to school with me at Parkside and played together and Manassas Park HIgh school. He will be greatly missed!”
