She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Michael Kulivan, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Joseph Michael Kulivan, Jr. (Jennifer) and Karen Shoaf (Bart); her grandchildren, Sarah Scott (Trey), Adam and Taylor Shoaf (Rachel); and her great grandchildren, Emily, Andy, Liam, Christopher Scott and Thomas Shoaf. She is also survived by many loving family members and friends.
