He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Edward Riedel and Mary Jane McKillip Riedel. He is survived by: his wife Michele Preusser Riedel of Midlothian; his children, Krista Riedel Cabaniss (Carl) of Richmond and Michael Charles Riedel of Bandon, Oregon.; his siblings, Anny Ricalde (Rick) of Las Vegas, Beth Williams (Jim) of Boca Raton, Donna Smith (Loren) of San Diego, Kerry Florez of Surprise, AZ, Jody Fulkerson (Bob) of Tucson, Mary Jane Dunlavey (Eric) of San Diego, Richard Riedel of Surprise, AZ and Ned Riedel (Margaret) of Boulder, Colorado; Kelly Eddy (Greg) of Mt Pleasant, SC. He is also survived by her brother, as well as many beloved nieces and nephews and McKillip cousins.
