She is survived by: her boyfriend Earl Gunn; her children, James Samuel Johnson Jr., Heather Johnson Borum (Chris Borum), Courtney Rhea Hunter (Robert Hunter) and William Blake Johnson; and her grandchildren, Johnathan Bradley Hunter (Tia Marie Crowder), Jessica Lyn Tanner, Robert Calvin Hunter (Abigail Grace Hunter), Samuel Jackson Hunter, Joseph Jameson Hunter and Wyatt Sebastian Borum.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Woody Funeral Home Huguenot Chapel (1020 Huguenot Rd, Midlothian, VA 23113). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Calvary Baptist Church (10230 Hull Street Rd, Midlothian, VA 23112). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Oakwood Cemetery (3101 Nine Mile Rd, Richmond, VA 23223).
