He is survived by: his wife Lynne Kennedy Madison; his children, Kimberly Winters and John Madison (Rachel); his stepdaughter Stephanie Ellis; his grandchildren, Ashley Winters Marot (Richard), Kara Winters (Andrew Staton), Turner Madison, Alexa Madison DuKate (Ryan) and Sabrina Madison; his stepgranddaughter Courtney Ellis; and his great grandchildren, Cofer Marot and Jackson DuKate.
