He is survived by: his wife Sandy; his children, Alexa (Austin), Max (Faith Ann) and Zach (Kristin); his grandsons, Eric and Silas; his siblings, Linda, Tom, Frank, Noreen, Diane, Anthony, Richard and Lisa; and his siblings' children, Anthony, Michael, Billy, Joey, Frank Jr., Kurt, Joe, Tony (AJ), Andrew, Tiffany, Haley and Hudson.
