He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Ryan and Mary Cage Ryan. He is survived by: his sister Patricia Lee; his grandson Michael Ryan; his wife Sandra Ryan; his son Michael Ryan (Jane Adams); his nephew Dennis Marshall (Toni); and his niece Donna Owen (Robert).
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Children's Hospital Foundation.
