He was predeceased by: his parents, James Roy and Janie Reaves Watts. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Seward Watts; his children, Janie L. Gowin (Chris) and James Randal "Randy" Watts (Brittany); and his grandchildren, Rebekah, Kaylee, Eli and Bryson.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Skinquarter Baptist Church Cemetery Fund.
