Joy leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Joy’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Joy will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She is survived by: her husband Robert; her children, Kelly (Greg) and James; her grandchildren, Trevor, Alex and Brianna; and her sisters, Helen, Ann and Jane. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Woody Funeral Home (1020 Huguenot Rd, Midlothian, VA 23113).
