He is survived by: his significant other Sherry Walsh; his significant other's son Augustus Walsh; his son Conner Shade; his brothers, Richard Hack and James Hoggard (Nicole); his nephew Christian Allshouse (Ashton); and his sister Samaneh Allshouse. He is also survived by friends and coworkers.
