She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert E. Cook and Anne M. Cook; and her brother David F. Cook. She is survived by: her husband R. Dwight Payne; and her daughters, Kathryn Anne Payne (Bryan Dresser) of Erie, CO, Mary Ellen Payne of Washington, DC. and Nancy.
