With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Randi Cutler Fraley (Midlothian, Virginia), who passed away on October 11, 2025 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, J. T. Cutler and Paula Cutler; and her sister Susie Cutler. She is survived by: her husband Bruce; her children, Kevin and Lauren (Tom); her sisters, Cindy (Craig) and Stef Cutler; her nephew Justin Lumpkin; her niece Jacki Cutler; and her siblings, Tom Collimore and Deneese Collimore.
