He is survived by: his wife Phoebe Wilson Fudala; his children, Brent Andrew Fudala (Michelle), Todd Steven Fudala (Molly) and Bridgette Ann Fudala McCarty (Gavin); his grandchildren, Courtney Moffitt, Enzo Fudala, Dylan McCarty, Westin Fudala, Tate Mattila, Morgan McCarty, Ava Fudala, Alexis McCarty, Avarie Mattila and Ellery Fudala; his great grandchildren, John G. Moffit and Daniel Moffitt; his sister Robin Anderson Fudala; and his caregivers, Phyllis Parrish, Josie Bivens, Jesse Fens, Ella Scheutzinger and Sarah Allen.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Roger's memory to Crater Community Hospice in appreciation of the care and compassion shown to him and his family.
