He is survived by: his children, Jackie Hubbard (Sue) of Lewes, Russell Kellock Carrico Jr. (Lynn) of Collinsville, VA, Tammy Willis (Chet) of Midlothian, VA and John Carrico of Richmond, VA; his sister Arlowene Garland of Warsaw, VA.; and his grandchildren, Lori Stone, Kelly Cardwell, Megan Skrocki, Amanda Dean, Brooke Quinlivan, Maggie Willis, Tyler Carrico and Drew Carrico.
