William leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. William’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew William will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He is survived by: his parents, Ann Patterson Collins and William Atkins Collins Jr.; his brother Steven; his aunts, Sara Patterson and Gloria Smith; and his close friends, Jacob, Joanne and Makayla.
A memorial gathering will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Woody Funeral Home, Huguenot Chapel (1020 Huguenot Rd, Midlothian, VA 23113).
