He is survived by: his children, David Clay Onderdonk (Andeulazia) of Baltimore, Maryland and Leah Onderdonk Wood (Marshall) of Herndon, Virginia; his nephew Stephen Kerr of Norfolk, Virginia; and his brother-in-law David Perlewitz of Suffolk, Virginia..
