He was predeceased by: his wife Pauline Violet Vanover. He is survived by: his sister Lynn Vanover (Carolyn Knicely); and his daughters, Norma Reiter, Sharon Cave (Edward), Sandra Jarrells (Preston), Myra Schenemann (Darren) and Patricia Kahley. He is also survived by 25 grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM at the Storke Funeral Home (111 S Main St, Bowling Green, VA 22427). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 at the Lakewood Cemetery (17299 Lakewood Rd, Bowling Green, VA 22427).
