He was predeceased by: his parents, Forest Henry Plecker and Clara Eskleen Peery Plecker; his wife Wilma Jacqueline "Jackie" Stephenson Plecker; and his siblings, Clara Lucille Rhea, Peery Lee Plecker and Milton Noel "Zeke" Plecker.
He is survived by: his children, Lynn Ellen Black (Tommy) of Millboro, Marty Plecker (Susan) of Millboro, Craig Plecker (Janet) of Millboro and Ricky Plecker (Shelly) of Millboro; his brother Thomas "Tom" Plecker, Sr. (Louise) of Millboro; and his grandchildren, Kathie Sidner, Shannan Waldeck, Tiffany Williford, Christopher Plecker, Katie Mercer, Erin Roberts, Monica Plecker, Meagan Walkley, Travis Plecker, Emily Fry and Ryan Plecker. He is also survived by 20 great grandchildren; and a number of nieces, and nephews.
