He is survived by: his wife Blanche Dale (Johnson); his children, Steven Ray Dale (Lori), Vicky Dale Good (Nick) and Kimberly Dale Flannagan; his grandchildren, Kellie Sloan (Alex), Dale Good, Melissa Keith (Justin), Sarah Hiers, Danny Good and Amanda Good; his great grandchildren, William Shepherd Sloan and Scottie Jo Sloan; and his siblings, Mildred Wing, Bernadine Locklear and Ervin Dale. He is also survived by brothers and sisters-in-law.
