Holbrook and Jackie Holbrook of Fredericksburg; his brother Kevin Holbrook (Kristi); his aunt Donna Gloff (Davis) of Michigan; his uncle Michael Witzgall (Nan) of Michigan; his nieces, Brittany Heil (Rudy) and Madison Armstrong (Phillip); and his nephew Zachary Holbrook. He is also survived by four great-nieces; and one great-nephew.
