He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles F. Shutler and Kathleen M. Barrett Shutler; and his wife Patricia Ramsay Shutler. He is survived by: his foster son Andy Shutler; and his siblings, Kevin Shutler (Debbi), Terry Shutler (Dawn), Mary Beth Boger (Dennis), Nancy McFarland (Shawn) and Ronald Shutler. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
