He was predeceased by : his parents, William P. Bilbro and Virginia Falls Bilbro. He is survived by : his wife Patty Huff Bilbro; his children, Debbie Bilbro, Chris Bilbro, Gary Bilbro (Holly), Kenneth Mitchell (Susan) and Steven Mitchell (Dawn); and his grandchildren, Zachary Rice, Travis Mitchell, Sarah Mitchell and Evan Mitchell.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the Disabled American Veterans.
