He is survived by : his wife Sandra Luby Brooks; his children, Michelle Fines (Dustin) and Brian Brooks (Heather); his grandchildren, Dustin Fines, Jr. (Reagan) and Sophie Brooks; his stepgrandchildren, Sophia Brown and Elliana Brown; his sister-in-law Pandra Midkiff; and his nephew John Midkiff (Kelly). He is also survived by two great grandchildren.
