He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert F. Sr. Sample and Dorothy Goggin Sample. He is survived by : his sister Elizabeth Sample "Betty" Brown (Tom); his nephews, Michael W. Mooney (Angie), Kevin R. Mooney and Thomas F. Brown, IV (Paula); his caregivers, Rita and Arthur Bramlett; and also Jenna Bramlett. He is also survived by great nephews and nieces; numerous cousins, as well as special friends.
